Whether your youth athlete is preparing for their upcoming season, just finished one, or is currently in season, strength and conditioning training is the number one way to reduce their risk of getting injured!
Change the Game is offering a limited access training session for youth athletes looking to reduce injuries and change their game! All athletes at Change the Game receive baseline testing to assess their skill level to ensure that programming is suited to their unique needs and abilities.
Classes are limited to only 6 participants to ensure more 1:1 time between the coach and athlete. Our strength and conditioning programming is developed by our Physical Therapy staff to ensure the greatest prevention of injuries and the greatest gains in performance.

CHANGE THE GAME BASELINE TESTING
Our expert coaches start each athlete with a baseline testing assessment including goals, injury history, training history, and sport background. They will also receive an in-depth movement screen as well as sport specific testing to ensure a complete athlete profile of strengths and weaknesses in mobility, stability and athleticism.
GOLD STANDARD COACHING
We prioritize your safety and well-being. Training with guidance allows athletes to learn proper techniques and strategies to prevent injuries, ensuring they can stay in the game and perform at their best for the long run.
