Endurance Performance Recovery Session

Our recovery sessions are perfect for athletes who are coming off a long training week, after a race, or before a long training week or race to revitalize your body. This 30-minute session is designed to include dry needling, soft tissue work, mobility, and exercise depending on what each athlete needs. Recovery sessions are NOT designed to treat an injured athlete, and we will need to schedule a physical therapy session for injuries.

Strength Training

Strength training is a major emphasis to our approach for high level Endurance Performance. We work with athletes, teams, clubs, and coaches. We develop strength programs to work concurrently with your Endurance Performance training. Strength training will improve power, speed, resiliency to injury, recovery, running economy, bone density, and address needs from your baseline assessments.

Recovery & Prevention

Recovery, injury prevention, and body maintenance is widely under appreciated part of training. We address this through mobility drills, sport specific drills, remote and in house maintenance protocols. We also specialize in working with Endurance Performance athletes to rehab acute and chronic injuries you may sustain to get you back to training and at the start line of your next race feeling your strongest and fastest.
