I was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina! I grew up playing soccer and basketball and continued competing through high school as a state champion and all-state center midfielder. I received my college education in southern California and lived there for a year prior to returning to NC for my DPT degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

I am a licensed Physical Therapist & Doctor of Physical Therapy who is passionate about treating orthopedic, vestibular, and neurologic conditions. As a runner, athlete, and former soccer coach I bring unique experience and a passion to bridge rehab & performance. I love the culture at Change The Game. It’s a great community of people looking to challenge themselves and one another to be the best version they can be. And I love being in downtown Wilmington!

Outside of work, you’ll probably find me active & outside – and with people I love! I enjoy running, playing/watching sports, hiking, backpacking, travelling to new places, and exploring national parks. I also love photography, music, art, and good food & coffee!
