Every training program is designed by our Doctors of Physical Therapy and certified strength and conditioning specialist. Each workout is personalized for you based on the initial assessment of mobility, stability, speed, agility, strength, and power. Coaches build each phase of training with the athlete’s specific goals in mind and their schedule (in-season vs. out-of-season) so that there is a precise approach to accomplishing goals.

ATHLETE ASSESSMENT:
Every athlete starts with a 1-on-1 in-depth movement screen as well as speed, agility, strength, and power testing to paint a complete picture of baseline mobility, stability and athleticism. Your coach will work with you to make sure your training aligns with your goals and takes your injury history, training history, and sport background into account.

At Change the Game, we believe athletic success starts with a solid foundation — not just talent. Our Athlete Development Program is a progressive, tiered training system designed to support long-term development, reduce injury risk, and help athletes perform at their highest potential.
Too often, we see athletes struggle with two major setbacks:

Three Levels of Training
Foundational – Learn the Fundamentals
Ideal for middle school athletes and any athlete new to training. This level focuses on building a strong foundation through proper movement patterns, mobility work, and age-appropriate strength training. The emphasis is on developing confidence, coordination, and body awareness in a fun and supportive environment.
Performance – Train to Excel
For athletes ready to take the next step. This level introduces more advanced strength and power work, speed development, and sport-specific training — all while continuing to reinforce quality movement and reduce injury risk. A perfect fit for high school athletes preparing for in-season competition or looking to gain an edge in the off-season
CTG Elite – Compete at the Highest Level
Our most advanced tier, designed for top-tier athletes competing at the collegiate, professional, or elite club level. Programming is highly individualized and built for peak performance, combining advanced strength and power training with focused recovery and high accountability.
