Performance – Train to Excel
For athletes ready to take the next step. This level introduces more advanced strength and power work, speed development, and sport-specific training—all while continuing to reinforce quality movement and reduce injury risk. A perfect fit for high school athletes preparing for in-season competition or looking to gain an edge in the off-season.
CTG Elite – Compete at the Highest Level
Our most advanced tier, designed for top-tier athletes competing at the collegiate, professional, or elite club level. Programming is highly individualized and built for peak performance, combining advanced strength and power training with focused recovery and high accountability.
CTG Strong

CTG Strong is our group training program built for individuals who may not currently compete in sports but still want to train with the same structure, intensity, and intelligence as high-level athletes.
Unlike typical fitness classes, bodybuilding splits, or random high-intensity workouts, CTG Strong follows a periodized system—progressive phases of training designed to improve strength, conditioning, and resilience while keeping you injury-free.
